It is my pleasure to introduce you to Agon Continental Limited, a company registered in Nigeria [RC 373149]. Our core services are in building, infrastructure and procurement. Our Founder, Elder Anyim Ude (MON) who has served as the Chief Executive of various public enterprises for 15 years is the Chairman of the Board.

At Agon Continental Limited, we are inspired by the Bechtel experience in the United States of America. In the early days of World War II, the US Maritime Commission desperately needed 60 cargo ships. With no experience in shipbuilding, Stephen Bechtel of the Bechtel Construction Company sent a bid to build all 60. Bechtel not only won the bid but also was so efficient that it ultimately built 560 cargo ships. Thinking big was Bechtel’s forte. “Size can work to your advantage if you think big”, he said. Bechtel subsequently undertook the construction of Hoover Dam (then the largest public works project in US history; 8.2 mile San Francisco – Oakland Bay Bridge; 1,600 mile pipeline through the Canadian wilderness to Alaska; 1,068 mile oil pipeline across Saudi Arabia (then the world’s longest oil pipeline); a transit system in Athens; a semi-conductor plant in China; and Jubail, Saudi Arabia (an entire city that is a home to 70,000 people) among others. Bechtel has built in 140 countries and six continents. With our team of experienced and inspired professionals, Agon Continental Limited will do no less.
